We were on a road trip from Dallas, so we wanted to try something local. All I have to say is I'm glad we stopped at Jerky's! The food was phenomenal and the prices were great! Please try the jerk chicken. Oh, and the owners were extremely friendly. A must try if you're in Little Rock.

Jerky's is NOT, I repeat NOT, out of business! They are moving to a new location off of Center Street. Check their Facebook page for more details! (We can't wait, btw; their jerk chicken is the most moist and juicy Jamaican spiced Jerk you've ever had! I don't care if it's "authentic" or not, lol)

Wonderful food fast. I fed 6 of us for less than $60. I love that. The boys loved the burgers and chicken sandwich , and my husband and I fought over the ribs and jerk chicken. Th e ribs are TO DIE FOR tender, and the Jerk chicken. .. WOW! They're moving soon. I'll be back in the new location.

Jerky's advertises itself as a "Jamerican" (Jamaican/American hybrid) restaurant. Upon seating, our waiter introduced himself & offered us the menu. He also brought us some samples to try. I was in heaven. It's really good food, but there was 1 major flaw. As a Jamaican I gotta say the flavor is there in the jerk seasoning. I wanted my jerk chicken hot (spicy) & that's exactly what I got. Having never ate here before, I asked if they chop up the chicken. I was told no & I gave the waiter a puzzled look. I asked him to chop it up into chunks for me (island style). However, this is where the flaw was. The chicken was boneless. There are no bones. No skin. I guess it's the Americanized version. If you want authentic jerk you must have the BONE-IN on the grill jerk. That's really the only flaw I can think. Anyone who has had authentic jerk chicken from JA will tell you the same. Anyhow, I enjoyed the food and the flavor they managed to achieve took me by surprise. They did a good job getting the flavors right. I also had the jerk pork ribs. Those were also excellent. I would have hoped to have those chopped up also because those had bones & that would have sent me back to my childhood. The sides were excellent. You could tell they were homemade. I had the cole slaw & potato salad. The sweet tea was great (includes a free refill). Soft drinks come in a can so no refills there. Managed to find the space for some homemade cinnamon raisin bread pudding. Delicious! My wife had the 2 pc jerk chicken plate that comes with 1 side & a roll & 1 can of coke. She wanted mild but got the hot by accident. It was super spicy for her, so beware if you can't handle heat. I had the 2 pc chicken & 3 rib combo with 2 sides & 1 sweet tea. I got spicy & it made me sweat. We shared 1 CHUNK of bread pudding. I say chunk because it was a huge rectangular slice! Total was around $31. No too bad.

Excellent excellent excellent of you want great jerked food come here! The food is light, flavorful, affordable, service is great the biggest problem you will have here is trying to move around the menu!!! It's all so damn good

Jerkys might look like some hole-in-the-wall chicken joint, but come inside a prepare for your tastebuds to be sent to heaven! I ate at Jerkys a couple weeks ago after a kickball game at interstate park and had a wonderful time. The waitress who took our order was very personable and polite. She was eager to make recommendations and help in any way. I will definitely be back to this amazing little jerk chicken restaurant!

Jerky's was recommended to me by a friend, and it just so happens to be the perfect place for the kickball crowd on Sundays. Upon entering the restaurant, the owners/employees are very friendly and welcoming, even offering samples to try. They specialize in jerk chicken and other soul food. Prices are affordable, and the chicken is delicious! The mac and cheese is also very good.

I tried Jerkys after hearing about the Spicy Hot flavor of their meats done in a Jamaican Flair.. Its not all hot you specify mild or hot.. The chicken spaghetti on tuesday bread pudding are excellent. the owner may move the location at last visit... Wait staff not real fast or efficient at times It seams new to some of them ,owner always present to make sure things are right.. I like it .. I love It .. Go there often...

My husband are from Southern California, & found this restaurant on YELP. The owner is so hospitable, gave us samples of the jerk chicken & ribs prior to ordering. Literally melt-in-your-mouth goodness! We chose the fried okra & green beans for our side dishes...& we had their bread pudding for dessert! Everything tasted incredible! Highly recommend this cafe! (The restaurant itself is very simple on the outside, & the inside is very quaint & has a homey atmosphere.) Jerky's is definitely a two thumbs up recommendation!

The Jerky Chicken sandwich was great. The waitresses were extremely nice and attentive. The bread pudding with Bourbon Whiskey sauce is the best I have had. I don't give 5's often but in relation to other restaurants at this price definitely worth a 5. This is a new place so come check it out. Prices are great and I will attach menus.
